Tutoring is available for individuals of all ages.  PPIC uses Orton Gillingham and Barton Phonics to teach strategies for decoding and phonics.  This approach helps students to learn the letter sounds, CVC words, and phrases.  These small pieces are a huge part of becoming fluent readers.  Each student is taught based on his or her needs and through a variety of learning styles.  Art and STEM activities are included in some sessions.
